Deva & Super * Combo?

I don't have much respect for our Copy cat DEVA, but some how, his Annamalai, Basha, & Arunatchalam were mega hits, was it because of super* or Deva?

I think no matter who ever composes for super*, it will be a mega hit, what are your views?

  Raghu, even if u dont have much respect for Deva, alot of Deva's movies/songs (inc. non-super*) become hits anyway.
  
  These days, rajini's songs are bound to be hit anyway, as are his movies. but it's not always been this way. I've watched Sun SCV compilations of old Rajini songs. Alot of them were quite crap unfortunately. For some reason, the old kamal compilations always had better music.

  agree with u, but most of IR & Rajni combo was superb, don't u think, the not so hits ones were from Hamselekha, chandrabose, ..etc.

  If you do not have respect for someone, then why do you need to talk about him?
  
  Go and talk about Rajini songs.
  
  Just FYI, a lot of his movies/songs have been hits without Rajini's help.

  yah, they were hits, without Rajni, but were they tunes original, or were they cloned from IR, ARR, MSV,RDB,....Britiny Spares, Shaba, Micheal Jackson, Janet Jackson, beetles, .....

  Well Raghu, I guess no one is forcing you to listen to Deva's "copies."
  As such, it is really not neccessary for you to pass remarks such as "I don't have much respect..."
  
  A simple solution - Srop listening to Deva's music.
