Who is the most deserving for the national award next year????....md/male-female singer??

  It is too early to discusss national award for 2003.How can somebody decide that better songs will not come up in the later part of this year?

  for the movies released in the year 2002, the awards are likely to be this..
  MD : Ravindran for malayalm film Nandanam
  Female Singer : Chitra for the song kaarmukil varanante maaril from the samefilm
  Male : Yesudas for the song Gopike from the samefilm...
  Checkout the songs and lemme know whether u feel the songs deserve the award or not..

  Best MD is going to be undoubtedly ARR for Swades or Meenaxi. Only other possibilities are some deaf North Indian will award it to Anu Malik for "Main Hoon Na" or Shankar Ehsaan Loy for "Lakshya".

  i dont bother whoever takes the best md, best female singer, lyrics awards.
  
  but i want the best male singer award should go to the male who sang the song "janavari maadham" in 7GRC. you have to listen to the song and drink the pronunciation nectar in that song esp. when he sings "maargali maadham poo mayyal kollum nEram".
  
  if he gets the award, i wud then agree that the award selection is also up-to-date.
  
  btw, who sang that song? is it the gr8 "thamizh singer" YSR?
