What is the problem between IR and Vairamuthu ???

I know that IR and vairamuthu have been having
problems for a long time. But what triggered
this seperation? Some of the old songs from this
combo r so good, it would be great it they can
get together again.

  Its natural for creative artists to have ego problems. Do you think it is the responsibility of the general public (tamil music lovers) to make efforts to bring a rapporoachment between them?
  Ultimately, the listeners would be the gainers, with their soulful melodies. Or else Tamil Music will be the loser.

  IR got problems with BR too. But it was nullified by a film producer. Hope, a producer will solve the problem between IR & VM. If this happens, we can enjoy superb melodies from IR and great lyrics by VM at a time.

  Of course, IR had too much of ego problem with lot of people. He had problems with his own brother Gangai Amaran. One probable reason could be his success, which could have gotten him so many enemies(?)
