What is meant by "Additional Programming" in songs??

I have always been fascinated by the term “Additional Programming in songs”.
A few examples are:
1)Additional Programming on “Kurruku Siruthavale-Harris Jeyaraj-MUDHALVAN.
2)’’ ‘’ ‘’ “Mercury Pookal-Ranjit Barot-RATCHAGAN.
3)’’ ‘’ ‘’ “Jumbalakka-Praveen Mani -EN SWASA KAATRE

So exactly what it means? And what type of software they are using for these songs.
I have worked on “NEW BEAT TRANCEMISSION” and little on”CAKEWALK” softwares.
Can any one explain this concept..

  After a song is lifted, you need to do some touch-up work so that there are some of your own sounds in it. This is Additional Programming. Very important task. Deva should get somebody to do this. He is doing this on his own and thus the song is fully lifted.

  MR MUSIC MAN,hj only did additional progamming for MUDHALVANE...not Kurukku Chivanthavvale...

  Thanks for the correction.Only "MUDHALVANE' song was additionally programmed by HJ.
  The software"NEW BEAT TRANCEMISSION" is of a sort of DJ stuff and it contains some music samples classified as"BASS,BEATS,SPECIAL EFFECTS,and so on.
  Our job is to miss the samples and to get a appropriate mix.
  It's quite interesting to work on and we can mix some 20 samples at the same time.
  The "CUSTOM" section is intended to creating our own samples and mixing it.
  Even a novice like me had mixed some 8 tracks .
  I dont think the MD's use this software.
  Coming to "CAKEWALK" software it is one of the leading softwares and it is a very innovative stuff and very difficult.Out of my sheer interest I work on it. In this we have to create and mix all the work ourself.
  This is only an example.I want to know about the the exact softwares MD's use(or) how they program??

  sorry lah i have brain tumor. brain of size of tumor. that why i say like this lah. i hate arr lah. he no do good music. but many like him lah. after arul flop i very disappoint. i not accept hj is bad lah. i no guts to face arr fans with so small brain and even smaller that lah. he he. they give good point but i no have any point. i wat do lah? that why i post in tenson lah. all that i only do lah. sorry lah.

  Strings arrangement is like a separate arrangement for stringed instruments.
  Like a large orchestra with violins,cello,harp and so on.
  Some of the noteworthy arrangements are string arrangements for "BOMBAY","VANDE MATARAM","IRUVAR", etc etc.
