This thread is to discuss songs using sounds from nature (Kili,Paravai satham, marangal, thanneer, mazhai etc..).

  pacha kili.....in karuthamma
  aathangara marame...in Kizhakku seemayile
  kokku saiva kokku ...in muthu
  putham puthu boomi vendum...thiruda thiruda(mazhai satham).
  
  IR is a master at this....
  
  1. paruvamme...nenjathai killathe(the jogging feet)
  2. pon maalai pozhuthu...nizhalgal(kuruvi et al)
  3. megam kottatum.....enakkul oruvan(the thunder sound)
  4. devadhai ilam devi....film?(the sound of spirits howling!)
  5. oru naal...devadhai(has the sound of water running in the opening piece)
  6. pothikittu oothuthadi vaanam...paayum puli(mazhai satham)

  The discussion actually changed course during midway to discuss how sounds are incorporated into songs.. The intention of this thread is only to list the songs rather than how it is done.. Hope this message is got thru by my query description..
  Another difference is that we are looking for only sounds of nature and not different or special sounds..As u said we can hope for a good no: of songs to come up..

  did u guys notice an unusual repetitive sound that
  to me looked like a sword being pulled out of the sheath in "enthan nenjil" from kalaignan? sort of adding to the murder suspense in the movie..this runs right thru the song and some part of BGM as well, i think.. did i just imagine?
