  Also, the Konjum Salangai solo you are referring to may be "Singaara vaelanae deva" by SJ?!

  song in temple(in praise of Amman).Savithri will
  be introduced during this song(if i remember correctly savithri plays the role of a devotional

  My Mannadhi Mannan video credits show that MLV and P.Leela sing in the movie. Who sings aadaadha manamum undoa?
  
  Jikki has sung two more recent (relatively speaking) songs:

  Maybe we should list songs of P.Leela and Jikki Krishnaveni( yes , that is her full name) in other languages too , especially Telugu as they have avery impressive repertoire there.

  Kodi Kodi Inbam (Aada Vandha Thivam), Kanney Kamalappoo (?), Then Suvai Mevum (Dr. Savitri) and Veesum Thendraliley (Prema Pasam) are some of the best by P.Leela.
  Pesum Yazhey Penn Maaney (Naam-solo and duet with A.M.Rajah), Kalyaana Oorvalam Varum & Aaha Naanindrey Arinthu Konden(Avan), Minnalai Poley (Kaithi)& Iruliley Iraviley (Kumari with A.M.Rajah) are few masterpieces by Jikki.

  I saw this thread from the archives and thought I will add some Jikki songs which are my favourites.
  
  
  1. Yaaradi Nee Mohini ....in this chorus song from uttamaputhiran Jikki sings breathless ....nannaum neeyum nalla jodi....thanmanam illai...dhaanam illai, dharmam illai ....(outstanding effort).
  
  2. My all-time fav. jikki song which brings out the sweetness in her voice is from the film 'Kangal', 'aadi paadi thinam thedinalum eesan padam kaana mudiyadu'.
