  Very happy to meet you all.I am Hari Haran.A from coimbatore.I am in software development .To be frank I came to know about this discussion only by a fluke.
  
  I am a great fan of Ilayaraja,A.R.Rehman,Rajnikanth,Shalini & Harini.But I am not mad about any of these.Nowadays I started becoming a great fan of Harini.I am zero in music.
  
  Casually I searched for Harini's mail id & address in Yahoo Search engine which showed me this discussion forum.Seemed that you people here are very decent so I too joined in this discussion.
  
  Dear lakshmi, I too came to know from my cousin that Harini made a stage performance in a marriage fuction here at CBE.My cousin have attended the marriage unfortunately I was not here in CBE to attend the program.
  
  But I have asked my cousin to get me some of the photos taken during the marriage.If I get them I will surely send to all the people here.

  Have you guys heard her latest duet with Unnikirshnan in Kaathal Virus - Sonaalum Ketpathillai...
  Whom do you think did the best in that song ? Harini or UK ? I thought Harini was good but Unni went one better.
  Even in Telephone Mani pol, I would say she was very good, but again HH outdid her with his little extra special.

  stop all these guys,i don't find any improvement in harini's singing from 'nila kaigirathu' to today's 'mazhai mazhai'. same childlike singing
  maintained. ivvalavu naal padaradhe periya vishiyam.

  I dont think you can give credit to Harini'
  s voice. Its just like any other voice. Nothing great about it. The so called "husky" is all crap.
  
  If you compare her with Chinamayee..i think chinamayee would get more credit

  But Harini's "aah" in the beginning and the middle part of "Sutthi Sutthi vantighe" is simply seductive....
  i use to rewind and rewind and rewind just to listen to that part....
  
  "Husky" may not be the part...btu "seductive" a BIG YES...at least 4 the song I have mentioned above

  hey all i met harini in 2000 in england, after the prasanth star nite prgramme. things didnt go well for her on stage and she kinda had a fite wid deva's son. nyway met her at the hotel and she was a cool person. really nice voice.
