voted Top 10 songs page (demo/test)

hi all..
I have put up this script on a host for testing.
Just have a look and try your hand on voting.
I dont know if its realy suitable for TFM. YOU can
give your comments, on the countdown method/format. Just dont mind about the looks right now.

  Kumar: It's a great idea, please keep it going. I visited it when you first wrote it, but am wondering if only one person can vote in one day? Perhaps you can get Ravi's 'who's surfing with you' script and try and make sure that the same person won't vote for the same album over and over again?

  iam sure they can vote only once a day.
  It may not be exactly once in 24hrs, but its once a day.
  
  And right now hypermart have changed the perl
  they were using so the database has got reset:(.
  Have to reenter them.
