Is there a Strawberry Fields, Yesterday, Michelle, Taxman, Wanna Hold your hand or Hard days night type melody development in Tamil Film Music? These Beatles songs r really excellent lessons in melody development without any need for charanams etc... Do you think this we would reach this stage of self-sustaining composing ability? any indications in TFM as yet?

don't worry.
arr would surely be inspired and compose something 'new' and the ever-thinking arr rasigargal will be overjoyed.

What a coincidence ! I always used to think that the beginning of "While my Guitar gently weeps" (Beatles composed by the late George Harrison wo was influenced a lot by Indian music) sounded like the beginning of a Tamil song. Once I even thought it was very similar to the beginning of IR's "Kanne Kalaimane". Any comments on this ?

My composition 'Udayamagum Velaiyil' was inspired by Beatles' "Yesterday"

"Devan thiruchabai malargalae" - is it in Beatles style, especially the guitar parts ?

IR Fan, in this song, the guitar usage in the song is the 'guitar' style.

IR-Fan, it is a very commonly incorporated style of Guitar usage. That's all.
