CP.. jus kidding!
that 'W' thing is so funny, my sister and i would have a laugh riot listening to that..
Hope atleast "Barrister Vishwanath" bring him a little success.. the good thing about this movie that i like very much that he is not coming back as a 25 year old dude who will dance and sing with 20 (real 20) year old chicks...
he is playing 50+ guy which is good.

Baba: different songs for superstar
Rajini There is only one thing that is more eagerly awaited by the superstar’s fans than the audio release of his film’s music. And that is the film itself. For Baba it was no different. Even before its’ release, the music album was the subject of many a controversy - including the idea to introduce advance reservation through coupons sold at theatres. Many of the die-hard fans waited for hours in long queues to get their coupons, only because they wanted to hear the film’s music as soon as it released. But it was not to be. The audio cassettes hit the music stores first instead, taking many fans by surprise. Some were hurt. Many were disappointed - but it can’t be with the quality of the music. It is one of the best in recent times by A R Rahman. But then, of course, it is difficult to satisfy the superstar’s fans as they always feel that the music director could have done a better job. It was the same with Baba. However, one mustn’t forget one rule as far as A R Rahman’s music is concerned. If you like the album at the first hearing, it will be a hit. If you don’t, it will be a superhit.
The first track in the album is the Baba Theme or Ekamevadhivitheeyam, which is just two minutes long. It is not hugely innovative - it’s easy to peg it as inspired to some degree by Ennio Morricone’s Al Capone score in the gangster movie Untouchables. But it marks a refreshing departure from the heavy stuff that one usually hears in a Rajinikant movie. In most of the superstar’s recent films, his introduction is usually through a song. Earlier, it was easy to say which track will introduce him, but in Baba it is only after listening to the entire album can we say with a certain amount of confidence that the honour will go to Dippu...Dippu sung by Shankar Mahadevan. It is also after a long time that someone other SP Balasubramaniam is singing the intro song. But Shankar Mahadevan doesn’t disappoint and his full-throated delivery adds more life to an already peppy song.
The best song is Baba Kichchu. No one but SPB could have sung this track with so much elan and the ebullient energy with which he modulates his voice effortlessly through the track makes one want to keep listening to it. Also, the lyrics by Vairamuthu are good and funny but full of political overtones - one reason why it will go down well with the fans.
Side B opens with Maya Maya, a fast number sung with racy beats and an excellent chorus. The lyrics by Valee are really good, especially the lines Thamarai ellei meil neer polla nee thotum thodaamal irru (crudely translated it means: like water on a lotus leaf, be in touch but don’t get involved).
Rajyammaa is another very good song and Jayachandran’s voice haunts you long after the track is over. This song was recently criticised by many followers of Periyar, who alleged that the lyrics were defamatory. It is said that some verses of the song have now been changed. A R Rahman has proved through this song that, when it comes to simple compositions that have lasting effect, there is none to match him.
Sakthi Kodu, which comes last, is a devotional song and will be well-appreciated by Carnatic music buffs. Karthik has rendered this song well and the lyrics by Vairamuthu are also good. The songs of Baba may be flyweight when compared to the music of other Rajinikant films, but they score over the rest through sheer melody
