Have u noticed that hip hop/rap music has started influencing a lot of tamil music songs? starting from petta rap to sullan(adnan sami song). the list includes althota boopathi(youth), dating(,sa re ga me(boys), arakonathil aarambam(arasaktchi), most of songs of 4 students(4 the ppl). reasons?

  all thOtta bhoopathy is a poor replica of `adiyE manam nillunnA nikkAdhadee' (neengaL kEttavai) and so are most of these so-called `latest' `hip-hop' songs...
  
  hip-hop songs were always there in TFM...as old as yAradi nee mOhini... idhu oNNum pudhusu illa...

  in althotta boopathi, wat i meant was the mixing of some rap in the middle of the song with some dj scratches. otherwise not too much hip hop abt it.
