  Again it is simple common sence. See if one knows how to use loops from software one will use it.
  
  I am 100% sure that ARR has used that piece only from a genuine source or S/W.
  If you see any MD copying then there will be some pattern in it. HJ copying ARR's interlued or humming and making a song out of it.
  
  Deva copying almost all old new hindi songs verbatim. Adhityan, copying Phalguni Phataks whole album or Lagaan complete BGM in Kovil VL film. Vidhya sagar copying almost all popular Bhangra songs from Bally sahoo to who not at a time when DD2 came out with those commercial programs in 1990.
  
  But if you see ARR or for that matter IR you won't find a pattern of frequency. Karthik S site has come out with IR's inspiration and copy but can anybody see any pattern in that? No...Why because, IR probably would have heard or come accross one song from the 100s or 1000s that he has heard and probably that one song or part of it influenced him conciensely or un conciensely...so it cannot be termed as copying and so Karthik S rightly puts those things under co-incidence or inspiration evrytime.
  Same case with ARR, all that you see in him is only resemblence in beats or loops and you know that they are available commercially. If ARR really intended to lift any thing then he would have probably lifted the catchy tune or the whole song and modified it as YSR did in KK...But he did not..See, in india one is innocent until proven guilty.

  idhu enna pa kadhaiyaa irukku? Just becasue you cannot find the name of the software or the package that contains the loop then you end up pointing fingure on ARR...Oh..oh...then what about song english song which had the beats from ARR's ESK. It was proved that ESK came some 1 year before that perticular song.

  KK is not the 1st OST album in India ! Right of the bat I can name Maachis which was released in '96 or so which had both the actual songs and a number of BGM tracks in it
