Worst MDs of tamil films.

These are my entries
1) Deva
2) Shankar Ganesh
3) Veda
4) Sirpy

None of these guys know any music so to say. Unbelievable plagiarists to boot. These guys have zero self repect and work ethics. All they know is to steal other man's hardwork and call it their own. We may or may not like Raja, Rahman, KVM, MSV, G Ramanathan. But all of them knew music and were quite original(yes odd ones excluded).

  lusu, we never claimed that we can do better. We aren't trying to be md's and cheat our fans with recycled tunes. Maybe for you, the sun shines out of these crap md's as*s but it doesn't for us.

  Btw, I do agree with your and Venky's point about SAR. But I dont know why, his tunes churn out a sense of nostalgia in me - a feeling of subtle happiness, nicety esp the signature tunes of each film like Edho oru paattu, Rosappu chinna rosappu, oru devadhai vandhu vittal... I dont deny the fact that his tunes reflect his old compositions or lifted from elsewhere, I am just saying his music gives a soothing effect (LordLB, probably you might want to differ here - sorry if my view is aggravating your 'Priyamana Thozhi' kaduppu!!) ;-)

  Ravi, with SAR's tunes, you not only get nostalgia, you also get nausea and deja vu. avarukku irukkarathey 3 tune. apparam nostalgia eppadi varama irukkum? :-)

  Marahathamni or known as Keeravani , is an excellent composer, don't compare him with the likes of Deva / Sirpy, he may commit suicide, if he hears it :))
  
  Bharadwaj is also an excellent composer, he/marahathamani/Vidya saagar are properly trained Carnatic artists.

  About Bharadwaj Greatest HIt ' Oh Podu'.
  I Pity TFM Industry for coming down to such a poor musical taste. Now so many other MD's have started to give such type of Songs. Eg: 'Kalakkuven Kalakkkuven', 'Arival Meesai Th0ol', 'Allu Allu', ..... & so many.
  
  I doubt whether these Songs really pleasing to hear! Awaiting your opinion.

  I would like to mention that none of the producers who gave an opportunity to these music directors were fools. Definitely without some musical knowledge, none of these guys could have entered into the field. The problem is that they are not giving something more creative from their side but depend on something for the baseline. Therefore, I would suggest this thread not to call them worst MDs.
