Everyone will agree to the fact that TFM has evolved from the pure classical genre of 60s and prior, to classical + light + folk of 70s and 80s to modern trends blended with a classical /folk touch.
Do you think older MDs like IR have kept up with the pace of this evolution?

I think evolution should be a natural process. I believe MDs should just stick with their own styles. The very introduction of newer and younger MDs brings about the evolution as they bring with them their own fresh new styles and ideas. I don't see the need for IR or other 'older' MDs to go out of their ways to keep up with 'evolution'.
