SPB honoured in Bangalore

SPB who conducted a musical programme on ETV which was telecast for more than a year was given the‘Aryabhata Cultural Award at a function in Bangalore. A.J.Sadasiva, retd. High Court judge was the chief guest and writer Dr. Chandrasekhara Kambaara inaugurated the function, S. Shadakshari MD of Ramanasri group of Hotels released the souvenir. Shyamasundara Kulkarni who gave the inputs for the successful programme on ETV unit was falicitated. The programme was compered by senior journalist A.S.Murthy and Sugganahalli Shadakshari

  SP Balasubramaniam and KS Chitra (better known outside Kerala as just Chitra) are going to perform together for the Public Advertising Industry of Kerala. The show is slated to be conducted on the 20th of May. Meanwhile, standoff continues between the film producers' association and the actors associationabout the foreign trips and star nites abroad.

  In a function held at Bangalore, SP Balasubramaniam was give the 'Aryabhatta Cultural Award' For more than a year now, SP Balasubramaniam had been compering and conducting a musical show on ETV. On the first anniversary of the program, the channel has honored him with a title. The award ceremony was presided over by a retired judge of the High Court, AJ Sadhashivam.
