class songs, crap picturizations

"class songs but crap picturizations" is the topic....my first choice would be "pani vizhum malar vanam"...really pathetic treatment for a classic song..share your "PAINFUL PICTURIZATION' experiences in TFM world...

  All songs from Pudhkottai Saravana were picturised awfully. Such nice songs were wasted in the film

  I dont think so. 'Pudhukottai Saravanaa...' was a nice road song as the film demanded. And all other songs were also OK if not good. after all , you can't call them class songs also. they got the picturisation it deserved.

  Maverick, Pudhu Kadhal and Malargale were class songs. The picturisation was awful! This is all in IMHO as are all postings on the forum

  Konji konji aalaikal oda - i guess Rajni could have emoted more he was just a deadpan, even the Roja - rajni duet bit was very average.
  Suresh krishna wasted one of the all time great song.

  I couldn't stop laughing thinking about the picturization for Ilamanadhu described here :-D I have an instrumental version of this song too - sax playing the lead melody. Beautiful number - I just need to remember to avoid watching 'Selvi' at all costs!

  I just saw kangalal kaithu sei and the crap picturizations completely ruined the theenkuruvi song. [to be fair the bad picturization ruined all the songs but this one was my favorite :( ]

  we all said alot about the picturisation,but then you guys have left the role played by our heros and heroine in messing up the whole song.for eg.the dance by radhika in KIZHAKKE POGUM RAYIL.So the fault is not just in the picturisation of the scene,we have to blame it on the lack of expression on the artist too.

  I remember one song
  "vaan megangale" from the movie pudhiya vaarpugal. the way Rathi mimes that song is too funny. she opens her mouth so much to show she has her teeth intact :-))
  Are there any dentists in this forum??

  "Kanmaniyae Kaadhal Enbadhu Karpanayo Kaaviyamo" is a very good and melodious song.
  
  To hear it is ok (In Audio); But we should not try to view the song in video. It spoils the good image that we have on that song.

  "Azhagiya Cindrella" is such a lovely song. Picturise pannadhai parthal ARR-ku heart attack vanduvidum. Also songs Like "Poove Sempoove" (I forgot the name of the movie) "Malargale Malargale" from love birds come under this category.
