Ilayaraja should score BGMs for another 200 movies. And, we IRFans need those released as just BGM!

The Maestro and 1001 movies, What a dream for all of us. And, imagine the potential yet to be unleased in the arena of Background Music by IR? In India, there is very little opportunity for the type of scores that we saw in Hey Ram and Lajja. But, there are still some classy directors interested to evoke the right mood and music in their movies and for this directors like Bala are coming forward. IR doing the BGM for Nandha is indeed fantastic news, how else can IR be heard these days when there are so many young fellows themselves vying for good films and the number of films coming fewer than before. IR should do atleast another 200 movies to get his score to 1000 and that is possible only with BGMs!

YSR is only 22 how do you expect him to do songs and BGM where extra effort is required like for a Bala of Sethu fame movie. If IR is getting good projects it can only come from few people such as Bala, Sankar, Manirathna however most of them are surviving with ARR market, so IR fans will suffer if there are no buyers atleast for IR's BGM. This is the best news for me. What says u all.

Also, we need those BGMs released. Just like India 24 Hours was.
