Can anyone confirm that this is Chitra's first song form the movie needhana andha kuyil? Also, who were the actors for this song?

  Chitra's first song in Tamizh was from Poovae Poochooda Vaa, if my memory serves me right. Neethana Andha Kuyil came after that (Satyaraj, Lakshmi, Ranjani and "Nizhalgal" Ravi (?) were the cast for the latter film.)
