  JJ, there is a limit! if you are putting down another composer, you cannot be an IR fan. see, this is called fanaticism, even IR fans will begin to dislike themselves if one of us talk like you are doing non-stop. you can release an album - Non-Stop JJ ;--)
  
  take it easy, i say. ARR is daring and talented composer if not for him IR himself would've gone unheard of and TFM could've gone to oblivion.
  
  if you did not hear BD, hear it again. if you still don't like it then break your computer and buy a new one ;---------))
  
  First, learn to be open minded and then compare if you want to, don't trast someone who is making music lovers out of millions of people who would've switched away to MTV USA or VH1 USA, with that graphic videos, kids would've turned meat lovers instead of "music 'appreciators' directors or composers".

  What is to do with my mid-life crisis any way? Does it have relevance college boy? Well i don't want to break my computer!! I would rather not listen to his songs!! If i listen to those craps, to get back my musical sense, i will have to listen to "May it be(lord of the rings)", "Only time" from Enya. To be honest with IR fans, ARR fans, Deva fans(i mean his brothers!!) and fans of other MDs i didn't like this compilation. you may say i am exaggerating. As an impartial fan i say BD is a complete waste. I tried to listen to it second time. It starts annoying me 10 seconds into any song. It doesn't belong to any category of music. Some sound!! If you think it is still a masterpiece from ARR, so be it. I am not stopping you from listening!! I am just saying my opinion.

  I wouldn't even compare IR with Deva!
  Deva gives listenable songs, unlike your IR who gives nothing but trash these days.
  
  Since you enjoy trash (IR) so much, it makes perfect sense that you cannot appreciate amirtham (ARR).

  Deva is a perfect match for ARR!! Thanks for agreeing. You must be a true fan of ARR. Junk Music King ARR and his trashes like Shakalaka, Chaiyya Chaiyya, Peta rap, September madham.. I have more than 1000 songs of IR. He has scored music for 4000 songs. That is enough for a century. ARR has scored music hardly for 300 songs.. 10 may be ok!! Rest are crap! It is fit only for "karumadhi"!!! hahaha

  Simple logic: If you hate ARR songs much, why are you spending so much effort and energy listening and passing comments on them?
  
  If I were you I would rather be immersed in the likes of Nilaa kaayuthu, Nethu raathiri, Chinna raasave, Orampo, etc rather than complaining of Shakalaka baby.

  Local IR fans u are those who are in an illusion.
  the politicians who are corrupt never think that they are doing anything wrong. the same way though ir has been delivering some trash music u guys still make urself beleive that it is great. IR can only give music to a specific audience whereas arrahman can create wonders universally. if western audiences can enjoy indian music it is only because of the great arrahman. the locally acclaimed ir(phew) did 200 to 300 songs in one year almost 150 to 200 sounding alike whereas the great master did each song to suit a genre. u guys accuse the master of copying but go to the newtfmpage copied forum u will see ir(******) more than the wizard. The only person who can take music to greater heights and boundaries is A R RAHMAN.

  bd cd selling for pound 16 about 24 dollars. not available anywhere except amazon. backordered to 6 weeks. i put puttu for 5 albums - 2 to send to india! because india release after 6 months aam. canncelled luckily because no balance credit card
  
  today bd cd selling for 90rupees in india not even 3 months after release. in us, it is going for dollars 10 lesser than movies cds.
  
  byt the way compare shakalaka baby to any song of britney or shakira and you'll see the poor ideas in the shakalaka baby.
  
  these days people are willing to pay for tamasha, these are called suckers and they lose theri money in the first 2 weeks of release out of sheer anxiety disorder.
