Fight between IR and SPB?

Why doesnot IR deploy SPB lately? Any friction between them?

  There is no fight between SPB and IR. They are still friends. Note that SPB sang with IR and MSV the title song of his own movie 'ninnai charanadainthen'. That song is about friendship.
  
  IR can give at least one song to SPB in all his movies. Dont know why he is not doing it. It's not fight for sure. It's got to be something else. Who knows what's going on his head.. IR is singing at least one song in all his movies whether people like it or not but why not use SPB who is still everybody's favourite and who's voice is thousand times better than his voice???? Onnum puriyalappa. Yaaravadhu IR-kku close-a therinjavanga kettu sollungappa.

  As someone said, something might have gone on to maestro's head about 'SPB days over!'.. But again, Vidyasagar has given a melodious young SPB in 'alagooril poothavalae' song.. atleast IR shud have noted that and used SPB in virumaandi..

  Again "Elangaathu vesudhae.." in PMagan is a typical SPB candidate song.. Really hard to digest Sriram Parthasarathi's voice..

  Again, I am sure we fans would prefer chitra(atleast sujatha).. I am not sure why we are being forced with SSargam and SGhosal. I feel Sujatha is much much better than these two.

  Putting aside all conspiracy theories, one of the following might be possible:
  
  1. probably SPB feels that he has sung non-stop for all these years. Nowadays, he might want to pick and choose the songs he is singing. Most MD's understanding this, call SPB only when they feel the song requires him.
  
  2. probably there is a feeling in the TFM industry that SPB is no more a commercial singer, i.e., with the youth brigade like Karthik, Tippu etc., dominating the industry.

  IlayarajaFan, I second ur views. I too long to hear the old voices :-( like Chithra, SPB... I am a great fan of IR but still not able to come to terms about him using singers who dont know Tamizh.

  He is 105Kgs while IR is just 65kgs.

  Guys we should at least be happy that Bhavatharini is not being forced upon us as much as before. KR and YSR hardly use her, but IR tries to use her often. Did anybody hear the song "Alapanai" from Pon Meghalai by IR? Bhava is absolutely awful on this album. It is a classical album with stalwarts such as Sudha Ragunathan and Bombay Jayshree. Bhava does not fit in at all.
  
  Bhava should just get married to whoever comes her way and stay away from music. It will be a great relief to all us IR fans!

  naan kaanada version kaasi CD vaangi kettutaen. athula rendu new tunes iruku. rendu old tunes matha rendum judge panna mudiyala cos they remind some songs which i can never remember. matrapadi i never heard of telugu version of kaasi.
