The Maestro's Symphony

Raja sir had done India proud when he was invited to record a symphony under the Royal Palace Orchestra in the year 1993.Apart from regional recognition he had not received proper honorifications.Is it because that he is from southern India?
It has been 6 years since the recording and his symphony remains unreleased.Those who are familiar with his "Nothing but wind" and "How to Name It" would certainly expect this work to be nothing short of brilliance.
Why the long wait?
