Anuradha Sriram superb in "dupatta " song

Guys,
Have you heard the song "duppatta mera" sung by our very own anuradha sriram in the hindi film "mujhe kuch kyehna hai" (remake of the telugu film tholi prema).Guys, a sure award winning performance by her.

  I have never listened to the song mentioned above, but, I find whenever she sings, it's difficult to catch what she's saying!! She likes to swallow her words!!
  I do like some of her songs, like, "Anbendra Malaiyiley" (Minsara Kanavu), "Nilavey Pidithe" (Vaali), and some others.In order to win some awards, I guess, she has to practise her pronunciatons!!

  I've heard Anuradha Sriram is trained in both Western and Indian (carnatic) classical. Thats marvellous!! She is probably the ONLY singer to have training in BOTH these areas

  Listen to her 'family album', 'Three Brothers and a Violin'. There's a solo by her 'Barkha Ritu Baer Hamaar' with varying rhythmic patterns. Good effort! Alas, the album went unnoticed thanks to almost zero-publicity by MagnaSound!
  I say family album 'cos the three brothers are her husband and his brothers. She is the only female vocalist in the album and some of the songs are penned in English by her sister-in-law!!

  This forum was started in 2001 and hasn't been revisited until 2004? Is it because not enough people are putting in searches for Anuradha, or that not enough people know her songs to respond to this forum. For any of her true fans this is just a shame. Why don't we post a number of her tracks, or put together a best of Anuradha Sriram, album and share it here or on DC++. Who's in?
