  Mukkaala Mukkabulla interpretation

  Long, Long ago, So long ago, no body knows how long ago, there lived two
  twins, mukkaalaa and mukkaabullaa. There is a story behind their names.
  when mukkaalaa was little he got a severe cold and he was always 'mookkaala'
  ozhugufying. Hence he was named mukkaalaa. mukkaapulle's story is different.
  He was mukkaa (3/4) in height of mukkaalaa. Hence he was called 'mukkaa pulle'.
  That got maruvified and became mukkaabullaa. They both had one 'athai'
  ponnu called 'laila'. she was 'sOkku' and 'balE' at the same time. Hence
  mukkaalaa and mukkaabulla both had one eye on her respectively. Each knew
  of the others intentions and jealously tried to beat each other to vie for
  laila's affection.
  
  Charanam - 1
  ------------
  One day laila said there is a lover's festival (sugamaana jodigal) in jurassic
  park. (This is a 5 star hotel, similar to Adyar Park.) Also there is a rock
  show that features jaaz music. So who wants to go with me? mukkaala and
  mukkabulla both got ready to go. mukkalaa had earlier bought a painting
  of picasso. The name of the painting is 'gaanaa'lisa. (picasso had painted a
  great singer 'lisa' who used to sing 'gaanaa' songs). From the time he
  bought the painting in texas, mukkaalla will never leave it aside, lest
  somebody should steal the valuable painting. For this show everybody should
  go in different costume. So, mukkabulla went as cow-boy, mukkaala went
  as play-boy. In the show, cow-boy mukkabulla 'winked' at laila to come out,
  but play-boy mukkaalaa saw this and put his arm around her to stop her.
  cow-boy got mad and gave a kick to mukkaalaa. mukkaalaa also hit back
  and soon their blows were so mixed, nobody knew who was hitting who.
  
  Suddenly, laila started singing one rap song. Hearing this mellifluous
  music soothed the brains of both mukkaalaa and mukaabulaa. slowly they
  stood up and watched the strawberry eyes of laila. Even thought this
  Love story brought them back to life, their earlier kicks between each
  other made them 'thalladufy'.
  
  Never before has such a love story been written, they swore to themselves!
