I would like to compile a list of hits given by other MD's in 1999.

  To give ideas on the hits of 1999, consider the following MDs:

  `oru dEvadai vandhu vittAl' & `pArththu pArththu kaNgal pooththiruppEn' from `nee varuvAi ena'...both these are big hits, even some of my keralite colleagues keep listening to these numbers...(I must admit these numbers have catchy melodies -may not be original, as SAR habitually lifts, shamelessly- & have some good singing by KSC / SPB)

  there is one beautiful song of YSR "vennilaa vinnil varuvaaya" - sung by HH. this is definitely praise worthy. the small humming that HH does is very catchy. donot know which movie it is in.

  MS - Vennilaa veliyey varuvaaya, vizhiyiley velicham tharuvaayaa, iraviley thavikka viduvaayaa is from Unakkaaga Ellaam Unakkaga.

  The songs of AmarkkaLam are very good. Bharadwaj has done extremely well in the BGM. His usage of violins is beautiful.
