  The song is from "Naangu Killaadigal"; you can
  find the lyrics in PPP. There we have listed
  the MD for this song as MSV; but we are not
  sure. Since the movie was produced by Modern
  Theatres, it's possible that Vedhaa was the
  MD. But since the song is such a good one, I am
  doubtful whether it was by Vedhaa!
